Function:

Plays a critical role in providing legal advice and guidance on an as needed basis. Leverages legal knowledge, analytical skills, and expertise to assist in navigating complex legal issues.

 

Job Responsibilities:

The performance of the duties outlined below must be carried out with the mission of the Annashae Corporation.:

1. Legal Consultation: Provide legal advice and consultation to clients on a wide range of legal matters, including but not limited to contract law, employment law, intellectual property, business law, and more.

2. Legal Research: Conduct in-depth legal research to analyze and interpret laws, regulations, and precedents relevant to client cases or inquiries.

3. Document Review: Review legal documents, contracts, agreements, and other relevant materials to identify potential issues and provide recommendations.

4. Client Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients, explaining complex legal concepts in a clear and understandable manner.

5. Compliance and Ethics: Advise clients on legal compliance and ethical considerations, helping them make informed decisions while adhering to the law.

6. Legal Updates: Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that may impact clients' businesses or legal needs.

7. Collaboration: Collaborate with Annashae to ensure comprehensive and holistic legal solutions for clients.

Minimum Qualifications:

· Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

· Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

· High ethical standards and integrity.

· Prior legal experience, even if not currently practicing.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• · Membership in good standing with the state bar association (if applicable).
• · Understanding of Employment Law on a Federal Level
