What You’ll Be Doing

• Assists in preparing detailed cost estimates for commercial construction projects
• Assists in reviewing and analyzing project specifications, blueprints, and other documentation to understand project requirements
• Collaborates with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for estimates
• Inputs data into estimating software/spreadsheets accurately
• Organizes and maintains project files, documentation, and correspondence
• Assists in preparing bid packages and submitting proposals to clients
• Provides administrative support to the estimating department as needed
• Completes additional duties as assigned

 

Who We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial construction estimating
• Understanding of construction plans, specifications, and contracts
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Procore and Bluebeam
• Commercial Construction experience preferred
• Experience working with subcontractors and suppliers preferred

 

What You Can Expect

• $45,000 – $55,000 annually, based on experience
• Regular schedule of Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm
