Job Details
Requirements:
JD and Admitted in NY State
3-7 Years of experience in commercial real estate
Strong Legal Research and Writing Skills
Duties:
Commercial real estate sales & purchases
Commercial loan transactions
Commercial leases
Secured lending and other financing transactions
Representing commercial and multi-family sponsors
Survey and title review
Equity and debt financings transactions
Property management and other commercial agreements
Real property litigation
