Position: General Manager, OEM Car Wash

Summary of Responsibilities

As the General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the car wash's facility and its operations. You will be responsible for creating a fair and safe work environment for all employees, while ensuring team member satisfaction and retention. You will lead the car wash location to obtain customer service satisfaction, while upholding OEM Petroleum's image and reputation and achieving all performance objectives.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain accountability for the operations of the car wash.
• Ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation including customer relations, maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, and financial accountability.
• Responds accurately and on time to all administrative duties and deadlines, including employee scheduling, evaluations, deposits, inventory, etc.
• Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring team members, conducting performance reports, counseling, motivating, and training entire team.
• Ensure that safety and security are emphasized, practiced, and periodically reviewed by all employees.
• Overseeing the productivity, breaks, and daily scheduling of employees.
• Handle customer complaints, employee conflicts and daily operational problems in an even-tempered, fair, and consistent manner.
• Follow daily opening and closing procedures accurately.
• Orders, stocks, and maintains merchandise and inventory for the location.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Ability to work irregular hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize.
• Leadership and supervisory practices and skills; Problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and decision-making skills, effective verbal, written, and math skills.
