Customer Service Representative – Banking Call Center (On-Site)
Location: Wilmington, DE
Training Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM for 4 weeks
Work Schedule Post-Training: On-site, 24/7 call center (nights, weekends, holidays, swing/overnight shifts possible - MUST BE FLEXIBLE)
Job Description
Join our dynamic Customer Service Department and become a key player in delivering high-quality support to our banking clients. As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll handle phone interactions, resolve problems, process account transactions, and provide product knowledge and technical assistance—all while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and ethics.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and enter information into a computerized database
Provide accurate and timely account transaction support
Deliver product knowledge and technical assistance
Communicate issues and escalate concerns to management
Uphold ethical standards and confidentiality
Required Skills & Abilities
Strong call center customer service experience
Ability to navigate dual monitors, phone systems, and software platforms
Meet KPIs including call handle time, hold time, after-call work, AUX time, and attendance adherence
Basic PC skills and data entry experience
Ability to prioritize in a high-pressure, high-volume environment
Decision-making within well-defined parameters
Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and overnights
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
