We are currently looking for a Brand Sales Representative to expand the market share and drive revenue on our newest campaign while simultaneously creating long-term engagement with the customer. 

 

You will join a team of trusted, dynamic, and entrepreneurial sales pioneers passionate about helping customers solve regular day-to-day issues while earning uncapped commissions at the same time. We obsess over every touchpoint of our employee training regimen and the customer experience, and most importantly, we know that together we go farther. 

 

The Role:

  • Drive revenue for the associated campaign by strengthening customer relationships using active listening skills and a consultative sales approach to recommend specific products and subscriptions
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams on structuring and executing direct marketing and sales strategies within a designated target market
  • Provide regular sales reporting and analysis to the Account Management team and clients
  • Adeptly guide fellow team members through industry trends, product knowledge training, and new onboarding procedures
  • Utilize acquired knowledge of operations systems and our sales strategies to analyze the business processes and suggest improvements
  • Exhibit the utmost dedication to constantly refining your sales, delegation, problem-solving, and leadership skills
  • Participate as an active member of our collaborative Sales Department and contribute to our growth-oriented team culture
 

The Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Communications, or a related field 
  • Enjoy competitiveness and are goal-oriented
  • Passion for marketing, sales, and creating personal brand experiences 
  • Operate with the mantra "Make it happen" and do so with an optimistic outlook and solution-oriented mindset
  • Able to successfully work independently and can also be a valuable team partner
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Reputation for being a people person and can establish rapport easily
