Job Details Primary Responsibilities: -Represent the company at local retail locations and weekend events such as tradeshows and festivals -Engage with the public to identify home improvement needs -Answer questions about our products -Gather information for appointment setting purposes Requirements: -Reliable Transportation (Required) -A smartphone to use for communication -Ability to be on your feet for 4-6 hours -Ability to lift up to 50lbs on occasions -Outgoing Personality with ability to drive a conversations -Sales, marketing experience beneficial, but not required -Must have a valid drivers license and your own vehicle -Must be 18 years or older -Completion of a video interview assessment as part of the application. How to prepare: 1.) You will receive an email inviting you to complete the first interview in our process. 2.)Set aside 15-20 minutes for the self-guided assessment that includes questions and games. 3.) Find a quiet place to record and be camera-ready. - You'll need a smartphone, tablet, or desktop computer with your camera and microphone enabled. - You'll answer questions with 1 minute to prepare, 3 minutes to respond, and 1 opportunity to re-record. - Share your skills and experience, and bring your personality to the interview. - Our hiring needs are immediate, so please complete this as soon as possible to be considered. Compensation and Benefits: -$16/hr. plus uncapped weekly bonus -Mileage reimbursement -Part-time schedule (Friday - Sunday) Ready to join us?
