Job Description
We are urgently seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our client's team, focusing on recruitment for a large Primary Health Division , supporting up to 30 urgent care locations for a leading healthcare organization . This role is crucial for delivering a "white-glove service"experience to both our hiring managers and candidates, ensuring we attract talent that aligns with the organization's mission and culture of service and compassionate care.
This is an urgent need with three open positions that are all potential temp-to-perm opportunities.
Compensation & Experience
Pay Rate: $33.00 - $40.00 per hour , based on experience.
Max Pay Qualification: Candidates must possess 12+ years of relevant experience to qualify for the maximum pay rate.
Location & Schedule
This role is open exclusively to candidates residing in the Tampa area to ensure proximity to the client's locations.
Work Location: Altamonte Springs, FL 32701.
Hybrid Schedule (Required): Must live within 50 miles of the Altamonte Springs office.
You will work a hybrid schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday in the office and Tuesday and Friday remotely .
All team members are expected to conduct quarterly site visits with managers within their "book of business."
Key Responsibilities and Impact
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist , you will be assigned a book of business within the Primary Health Division. Success in this role hinges on outstanding communication and deep relationships .
Account Management Focus: You will function as a strategic partner and account manager for your assigned hiring managers, providing consultative, white-glove service throughout the hiring process.
Strategic Sourcing & Pipeline: Develop robust candidate pipelines, create effective recruitment strategies, and proactively source, market, and attract talent in alignment with the organization's mission.
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Conduct intake meetings, master pre-closing techniques, use Behavioral Interviewing to assess for mission fit and necessary skills, extend offers, and oversee onboarding.
Relationship Building: Conduct regular site visits and meetings with your urgent care locations to truly understand their unique needs. Communication and rapport are the key to success.
Performance Metrics: Success is measured based on hiring goals, sourcing efforts, site visits, and communication quality .
Ideal Candidate Profile
The manager is actively looking for candidates who are eager to learn and willing to work hard , with a strong background in relationship-driven recruitment.
Required Experience: Agency account management experience is highly preferred, as is a background in physician office recruitment, tech recruitment, or health care agency roles. Contract recruiters are welcome to apply!
Core Competencies: Must be highly personable , possess a deep understanding of the importance of building rapport, and excel in both written and verbal communication.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
