We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support a commercial real estate firm. In this role, you will manage financial records and ensure accurate accounting practices. If you have experience using QuickBooks and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in QuickBooks
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements
• Prepare financial reports and assist in budgeting processes
• Handle payroll processing
• Assist in month-end and year-end close processes
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and regulations

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role, preferably in the commercial real estate industry
• Strong knowledge of QuickBooks
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with payroll processing is a plus
