Location: Hybrid - Georgetown / North Austin, TX
Schedule: 2 days in-office, 3 days remote

What You'll Do:As the Lead Accountant / Bookkeeper , you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records and providing valuable insights to leadership through timely reporting. Responsibilities include:
Transaction Management: Process daily financial transactions and ensure accurate journal entries.
Month-End Close & Reporting: Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements, management reports, and KPIs.
Reconciliations: Perform regular account reconciliations and maintain accurate ledgers.
Budget Support: Assist in annual budget preparation and monitor expenditures against forecasts.
Payroll Oversight: Review and ensure accurate payroll processing for approximately 25 employees.
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
3+ years of full-cycle accounting experience, including month-end close and financial reporting
Experience with QuickBooks , Excel , and ADP Payroll
High attention to detail and the ability to work independently within a collaborative team
