Base Pay Range $20.00/hr - $30.00/hr Job Duties & Responsibilities: Performs all duties of a strength & conditioning professional. Manages & leads clients’ training programs in a customized fashion providing rationale that is evidence-based and aligned with client goals, under the supervision of our Senior Staff Members. Collaborates and communicates effectively and efficiently with other VTL training and medical staff for the ultimate benefit of our client members and company brand. Participates in membership promotion and represents company values. Maintains a clean and safe training environment.
