Hi,

I'm the recruiter for an Applied Epic Systems Administrator with a 30-year insurance industry business solutions services company

Downers Grove, IL location; hybrid schedule

Salary to $62,500 or MORE, Bonus, PTO, 100% Paid Benefits, Growth

As Applied Epic Systems Administrator at ASNOA ( ) a fully integrated insurance industry services provider- you'll be responsible for new users Epic Security, Affiliates of ASNOA, Profit Centers, Imports, Marketing Campaigns, download admin, setting up downloads, running daily downloads, update, batch downloads, download configurations, initial loads, along with updating commission agreements, ensuring data is added/updated/accurate within the system management platforms.

We also have a similar Systems Trainer role!

• Create/update EPIC Security structure for new states/agencies/mergers
• New users: adding/updating in EPIC/ HubSpot
• Organizational Chart/Folder Agency data changes
• Creating/import/update spreadsheets
• Create/Revise/Update Profit Centers/commission agreements
• Email/call/ticket handling: commission agreements/splits, download set up/issues
• Configure/Procedure adding/updating requested systems
• Run/process/update downloads for management system/identifying issues
• Keep up to date SOP's processes for position/responsibilities
• Marketing Campaigns: creating/adding template letter, setting up report, web session to run report

REQUIREMENTS

Around 2+years' recent directly relevant experience including:

• Tech skills: Applied EPIC, MS Office 365, HubSpot (or similar)

• Applied Epic management: backend support under configure & procedures, creating/accessing/generating reports
