Job Details As a Corporate Paralegal, you will play a key role in supporting legal and operational aspects of our organization, engaging with internal teams and external partners on a variety of projects. This role requires a high level of organization, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Corporate Governance: Manage entity formations, dissolutions, name changes, and updates to corporate structure charts. Maintain legal and corporate records. Project Coordination: Work with internal legal teams and external advisors on matters involving investment advisers, affiliated funds, and portfolio companies. Transactional Support: Assist in the coordination of transaction documents, closing binders, and legal filings, including SEC and regulatory securities filings. KYC Process: Oversee know-your-customer tasks, including form completion, notarization, apostilling, and responding to follow-ups from counterparties. Legal Document Management: Organize and track legal documents, ensuring efficient retrieval and compliance. What We're Looking For Minimum of 3 years of corporate paralegal experience at a top law firm or investment company. Bachelors degree from a top undergraduate program. Paralegal certification preferred. Expertise in corporate governance, entity management, and project coordination. Familiarity with commercial real estate transactions is a strong plus. Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with global teams and external law firms. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle highly confidential information. Interested in hearing more?
