Job Description

Are you an experienced bookkeeper with a background in property management and expertise in AppFolio software? We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional to join our remote team and help manage financial tasks for multiple clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert analysis and resolution for a variety of accounting issues in AppFolio software.
- Review and troubleshoot owner statements, bank reconciliations, and general ledger inquiries.
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met.
- Manage multiple client accounts, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience.

Qualifications:
- Prior experience working with AppFolio is required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with tools like Slack, Gmail, Asana, and Google Suite.
- Excellent multitasking abilities and time management skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
