Job Title Account Maintenance Agent

As Merchant One from Fiserv continues to grow in 2023, expansion of the Account Support teams will be key to continued success.

What you will do: - In support of the Merchant One Sales and Operations teams, perform account maintenance changes for our merchant services clients in multiple customer management systems
- Input and manage equipment orders for new and existing clients
- Submit and build files for terminals
- Keep a structured schedule, managing client needs in an efficient manner
- Prioritize customer success and retention
What you will need to have: - A structured approach and mindset focused on keeping up with daily responsibilities and quality client outcomes
- Solid data entry skills with lightning fast typing ability and a focus on the details
- The ability to work onsite at our Coral Springs office on a daily basis - this is not a remote role
