About the role:

As our AVP of Client Services, you'll be at the helm of building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with our top-tier clients. This role is crucial in overseeing a talented team managing 20-25 projects per direct report, with a total revenue of $10-15M. Your leadership and client-focused strategies will be instrumental in driving growth, strengthening partnerships, and ensuring client satisfaction across our portfolio.

In this role, you will:

• As an AVP of Client Services, you'll build and maintain exceptional client relationships that drive revenue growth and retention across the company.
• Your client-centric approach will shine as you serve as a client champion, ensuring the highest levels of service and partnership while identifying growth opportunities.
• Your leadership skills will be crucial as you lead and mentor a team of direct reports, promoting client retention, driving their growth, and guiding them in managing a portfolio of large-scale projects.
• Your analytical abilities will be put to the test as you identify and analyze opportunities for client growth using a consultative approach and strong analytical skills.
• Your collaborative skills will be at the forefront as you work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded, aligning solutions with business objectives.

What you bring to the table:

• 9+ years of experience in a senior client services role, with proven success in managing client relationships at the executive level.
• 4+ years of experience leading teams and developing talent.
• Strong background in the IT or technology services industry.
• Extensive experience in client services, with a consultative mindset and the ability to drive business growth.
• Advanced level of English.
