As a Vita Life Health Coach, you'll play a crucial role in our clients' life-transforming success. Educate and inspire clients on health and our program, guide them through personal challenges with food and mindset, and hold them accountable. Empowering our clients is at the core of what we do. $17 hr plus commission

• Build strong relationships with clients in Schaumburg, IL, US
• Embrace and represent the brand and culture effectively
• Provide coaching and support to clients on their wellness journey
• Ensure client accountability throughout their program
• Introduce and explain program products to clients
• Help clients recognize the value of participating in the program
• Engage proactively with colleagues to foster a collaborative work environment

• Optimistic and hardworking individual with a love for health and well-being
• Passionate about helping others become the most empowered version of themselves and achieve their goals
• Self Starter who has the ability to see how they can improve their client's experience
• Outgoing and personable with a desire to build relationships within and outside the community

• Strong listening, partnering, and motivational skills to understand individual needs
• Demonstrated organizational and multitasking ability
• Basic computer skills and point-of-sale system experience
