PCC is seeking immediate placement of WELDERS for 2nd and 3rd shifts.

\n

Benefits: Offering a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance. In addition to a Pension, we offer (FSA) flexible savings account and generous (PTO) paid time off. This position is part of a bargaining unit. There is $2.00/hour shift differential on top of your hourly rate for 2nd shift and a $1.11/shift differential per hour on 3rd shift!

Essential Functions:

\n

· Must attain the ability to weld manual, semi-automatic and mechanized welding processes (GTAW, SMAW, GMAW, Pulsed)

\n

· Welds must pass various NDE criteria such as VT, MT, RT, UT

\n

· Entrance weld tests will be VT and RT inspected

\n

· Must attain the ability to use measuring instruments of the trade (scales, tape measure, radius gages, etc.).

\n

· Must be able to work without direct supervision and direct co-workers.

\n

· Must be able to read and understand blueprints work inspection packages.

\n

· Must be able to produce products to PCC's quality standards.

\n

· Good communications skills - ability to speak, read, write and understand English.

\n

· US Citizenship required at time of hire.

\n
