Job Description

This role requires an individual who must move around to patrol the various parts of a property regularly and work with guests in situations as they occur. The property covers approx. 110 acres including shopping, resort, golf course, restaurants, night club, stores, 3 pools and non-public areas. This is not an authoritarian role, but a customer centric and safety minded role. Even under the worst cases, we work to ensure everyone is safe, we are seen and viewed as friendly, and you would be representing the ideas and culture of London Bridge Resort, Kokomo, Martini Bay, Bridgewater Links, and other stores, shops, events, conventions, and situations that are constantly changing and ongoing regularly. This role is year round and i heavily focus on weekends.

Duties and Requirements:

• Check doors and stairwells to make sure the locks are secure and no danger is lurking.
• Patrol outdoors as well as indoors. This includes being able to work in in climate weather from extreme heat outdoors to checking ice boxes while rain soaked in the winter.
• Respond to complaints and calls for help. Be prepared to rush to a potentially dangerous scene and calm the guests or control a situation until the local police can arrive.
• Maintain hotel fire system, monitor property lift stations for proper operation and perform an on duty Proxi pen report on each shift.
• Escort unruly patrons from the property.
• Must be available to work set shifts and cover alternate shifts when necessary.
• During each shift prepare an incident report for each incident that occurs.
• Attention to details and very good writing communication skills are required.
• Proper spelling and grammar necessary.
• Able to pass background check and random drug screenings
• Must have a valid AZ Driver's License
• Must be friendly
• Must be a student of human nature, security and safety, etc.
• Be willing and able to take training courses and pass.

Other Requirements:

• 2 years of customer service background
• Be comfortable working overnight
• Be able to self-manage
