Private family looking to hire a Weekend Nanny/Mother's Helper (Live-In or Live-Out)
The Ideal Candidate
The family is seeking a mature, dependable, and organized weekend babysitter for their 7.5-year-old daughter. The ideal candidate will be attentive, nurturing, and able to support her development by helping with reading, piano practice, and maintaining her routines. Responsibilities also included assisting with light household tasks like laundry, meal prep/cooking, and driving/errands. We are open to a live-in or live-out candidate and would prefer someone who is open to traveling with us a few times a year, if possible.
What Works Best for the Family
The family values a collaborative and proactive individual who can work as a "mother’s helper" during weekends. With the mother present for part of the time, the candidate will assist with childcare and household preparation for the upcoming week. A weekend live-in arrangement is optional, offering a private and comfortable room with its own bathroom. The family appreciates someone who can be adaptable, organized, and take initiative.
