Job Description: Overview We are seeking a
seasoned Senior UX Designer with a strong portfolio of designing complex digital tools and platforms, particularly in the
financial services domain. The ideal candidate will have experience crafting intuitive, data-driven user experiences for
wealth and investment management platforms , B2B/B2B2C portals, or other data-intensive client-facing applications.
You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts, product managers, and developers to translate complex data into
client-centric dashboards, visualizations, and workflows . This role also involves mentoring junior designers and presenting design strategies to senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities - Lead the design of complex digital tools, especially in wealth/investment management or financial services.
- Create data visualizations, dashboards , and responsive UI designs that simplify complex information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
- Conduct user research, gather requirements, and translate insights into actionable design solutions.
- Present design concepts and prototypes to senior stakeholders and clients.
- Mentor and guide junior UX designers, providing feedback and support.
- Ensure accessibility, usability, and brand consistency across all designs.
- Work within Agile or SAFe Agile environments to deliver high-quality design assets on time.
Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.
- 6-8 years of UX/UI design experience, with at least 2 years in fintech or financial services .
- Proven experience designing client-facing platforms with complex workflows (e.g., account opening, transactions, performance reporting).
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX/UI work , including:
- Problem statements and user journeys
- Information architecture
- High-fidelity UI designs
- Dashboards and data visualizations
- Complex forms and workflows
- Experience working in multi-disciplinary teams within financial sectors.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills - Familiarity with HTML, CSS , and front-end development practices.
- Experience in UX research and usability testing .
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and design systems.
- Exposure to Agile/SAFe Agile methodologies.
