As A Website Manager You Will:

• Manage the overall website strategy, project management, content, and performance in alignment with company initiatives and marketing campaigns that drives acquisition, conversion, and retention
• Improve content on the website to maximize visibility and engagement, improve content performance, and align with tactics from other channels to ensure optimal user experience
• Utilize A/B testing and personalization techniques to improve paths to conversion and reduce user friction
• Manage and leverage Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and any other performance tools to monitor and analyze website and content performance
• Continuously monitor website experience and make recommendations for navigation, layout and design elements to enhance user experience and increase conversion rates
• Establish site standards, technical requirements and any incremental resources needed to implement website strategies
• Support all front-end changes and requests for the website
• Support managing website redesigns and any potential integrations/migrations
• Collaborate with Digital Marketing Manager on SEO and content strategy
• Stay current with B2C web trends, best practices, and emerging technologies

What We Are Looking For In You:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 4+ years experience in web design, development, or management
• Hands-on experience working in staging and production of a wide array of CMS environments
• Certified in Google Analytics and experience within Google Tools, like Google Tag Manager, Search Console, Look, etc.
• WordPress Experience
• Well-versed in the technical aspects of running a website, UX, SEO, domain management, programming languages
