Premom has constantly worked to be a game-changer in the women’s reproductive health industry and is looking for a talended Web Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our creative team.

This role will collaborate with the marketing team in concept creation, development, refinement, editing, and execution of captivating videos and short-form promotional materials for Premom’s app and social networks as well as designing visually complelling web pages.

Job Overview:

As a Web Graphic Designer & Video Editor, you will play a key role in crafting visually appealing digital experiences across our website and marketing materials. You should have strong experience in web design, particularly with WordPress, as well as advanced skills in video editing to support our content strategy. This role is ideal for a creative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working on both static and dynamic visual content.

Responsibilities :

• Develop engaging web graphics, landing pages, and UI elements that align with our brand identity.
• Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media, website content, ads, mobile app and other digital marketing needs.
• Create and implement motion graphics and animation effects to enhance video content and website visuals.
• Collaborate with the marketing, content and creative teams to produce compelling multimedia content.
• Design and maintain website pages using WordPress, creating engaging web graphics and UI elements.
• Manage entire video production process, from concept and creative direction to editing and final delivery.
• Route video edits to key personnel for feedback during projects, providing creative recommendations and guiding the team towards thoughtful editing decisions
• Oversee all technical aspects of video production, ensuring high-quality output and smooth execution.
• Create and manage production timelines using project management tools, monitoring progress for timely execution and turnaround
• Ensure brand cohesiveness across all visual and video assets, providing strategic recommendations.
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends, UX/UI best practices, and video editing techniques.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience producing, editing and delivering video in a fast-paced production and editing environment; experience in women’s health products or mobile applications a plus
• 3+ years of experience in web graphic design with strong WordPress skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)
• Ability to conceptualize and execute engaging visual storytelling
• Experience in creating motion graphics, video ads, and social media videos
• Strong project management skills and the ability to simultaneously work on multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities, demands, and tight deadlines
• An understanding of fundamental design skills and a strong sense of color, typography, and design composition
• A detailed understanding of best social media and web practices, i.e. design optimization, usability, and functionality across social media channels, particularly Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and TikTok
• A track record in supporting and delivering quality work for clients, a team player and motivator, and the ability to get the job done
• Excellent written and oral communication
