We’re Hiring: Web + Brand Designer

We’re on the hunt for a designer who’s ready to do their best work! Someone who loves creating bold, beautiful brand identities and websites, and who wants to be part of a fun, collaborative team that’s passionate about storytelling.

At Studio EightyEight , we don’t do cookie-cutter templates or generic design. We craft fully custom brands and websites that help dentists stand out in their communities. If you’re all about strong branding, clean layouts, and the kind of details that make a design sing, this might just be your dream job.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing custom logos, brand identities, and websites for dental practices across the country.
• Collaborating with our creative team (photographers, writers, developers) to bring brands to life.
• Creating marketing materials, print designs, and social media graphics as needed.
• Managing multiple projects at once while keeping quality high and deadlines tight.

The Details

• Full-time, salaried position (salary based on experience)
• Columbus, Ohio required – hybrid in-person/remote work
• Work with a supportive, creative team that loves pushing the boundaries of design

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of graphic/brand/web design experience
• A portfolio that showcases creativity, versatility, and clean design aesthetics
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma (preferred)
• Ability to take creative direction and bring fresh ideas to the table
• Strong communication and collaboration skills—you’ll work closely with other creatives
• Bonus points for experience in photography, videography, or print design
