ProVision Virtual Solutions is seeking a skilled and creative Web Designer to play a key role in developing and optimizing digital platforms. This position is ideal for someone who can combine strong aesthetic design with robust technical implementation. You'll be responsible for creating and enhancing web properties, ensuring they are visually appealing, user-friendly, and highly functional. Your expertise will be crucial in refining existing web content and integrating digital assets with core business systems to support strategic goals.
Website Design & Development: Lead the design and development efforts for websites, focusing on modern aesthetics, intuitive user experience (UX), and professional presentation.
Platform Expertise: Utilize and optimize content management systems (CMS), primarily WordPress , to build, maintain, and enhance web properties.
Content Strategy & Enhancement: Work with existing website content, providing strategic improvements, professional rewrites, and new content creation to enhance clarity, engagement, and search engine optimization (SEO).
CRM Integration: Implement and manage integrations between websites and customer relationship management (CRM) systems (e.g., HubSpot ), ensuring efficient data flow and lead management.
Performance Optimization: Ensure all web properties are optimized for speed, responsiveness across devices, and search engine visibility.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and other internal teams to align web development efforts with overall business objectives.
Maintenance & Security: Provide ongoing website maintenance, security updates, and technical support.
1 or more years of professional experience in web design and development.
Proven expertise with WordPress , including custom theme development/modification, plugin integration, and site optimization.
Portfolio showcasing successful web design projects and an understanding of UX/UI principles.
Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.), with hands-on experience in website integration and lead capture optimization.
Solid understanding of front-end web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and responsive web design.
Experience with SEO best practices and implementing on-page optimizations.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills .
Demonstrated ability to enhance web content through editing, rewriting, or collaborating with content creators.
