Job Description
Job Description: Seeking skilled field mechanics (or those willing to learn) for all aspects of waterproofing & restoration. Must be proficient with power hand tools and material finishing/appearance. Experience with caulking, wall coatings, masonry repointing, sheet membrane application, & EIFS/stucco repair is a plus but not required.
- Experience: None required, but highly preferred. Must be willing to complete the OSHA 10-Hour Certification course within first two weeks of hire. MEWP or Scaffolding Certification is a plus but not required.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license & reliable form of transportation
- Must be able to physically transport or carry 40-60 lb loads
- Ascend/descend ladders & scaffolding; comfortable with heights
- Occasionally complete work tasks on hands/knees, bent at waist, or overhead
- Consistent ability to work outside in the atmospheric elements for extended periods of time
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen & physical
- No outstanding warrants & in good standing with probation officer (if applicable)
