Mission/Job Scope:

The Water Valet Technician delivers professional, reliable at-home water care services to hot tub owners. This role includes routine maintenance, water chemistry testing, cleaning, and ensuring every spa is left in excellent condition after each visit.

Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled maintenance visits for customer hot tubs.

• Accurately test, balance, and record water chemistry readings.

• Clean hot tubs, filters, and covers using approved products and methods.

• Inspect equipment and report any issues or potential service needs.

• Communicate with customers regarding completed maintenance and recommend products as needed.

• Maintain inventory of chemicals, tools, and supplies on the service vehicle.

• Follow all safety, sanitation, and company standards.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Experience in pool or spa maintenance or water testing preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.

• Ability to work independently and manage a daily route efficiently.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Basic knowledge of water chemistry and mechanical systems preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• • Frequent standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

  • Regular bending, reaching, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.

  • Comfortable handling chemicals safely and following proper protective procedures.

Pay: $20.00 / hour
