🚨 Now Hiring: Warehouse Supervisor – 2nd Shift

📍 Bessemer, AL

🕒 Mon–Thurs | 5:30 PM – 4:30 AM

💰 $60k–$65k + 10% bonus + shift differential bonus

A leading distribution center in Bessemer is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join their 2nd shift leadership team. This full-time role is ideal for a hands-on professional with experience in high-volume, fast-paced warehouse or distribution environments.

• Oversee daily operations: receiving, stocking, picking, and shipping

• Leverage WMS and labor management tools to optimize efficiency
• Ensure safety, quality, and operational standards are met

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a warehouse/distribution setting
• Familiarity with WMS and conveyor/automated systems a plus
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
