Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensuring high levels of productivity, efficiency, and safety within the facility. This position requires strong leadership skills, the ability to motivate a team, and a focus on continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.
Hours: 3:00pm - 11:30pm (approx.)
Compensation: $65,000 to $72,000 annually
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of warehouse associates.
- Ensure operational goals are met in terms of productivity, accuracy, and safety.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing coaching and development as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with management and other departments to support operational initiatives.
- Participate in staffing decisions including hiring, training, and scheduling.
- Drive continuous improvement efforts in workflow, processes, and team engagement.
- Conduct regular audits, inventory checks, and ensure equipment maintenance.
- Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Report on key metrics and contribute to operational planning and strategy.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution setting.
- Knowledge of warehouse procedures, inventory control, and logistics systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
