Responsibilities Earn $18 to $21 per hour Alternating Saturdays off Overtime and bonuses Earn $51,940 and $68,305 annually – Pay based on experience Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM Shifts are 10.5 hours – Up to 12 hours during peak periods. Primarily perform manual packing of tile and flooring products. Read and verify order details to ensure accurate items and quantities. Stack items on pallets and secure them with straps and stretch wrap. Comfortable handling 20-70 pounds – Operate a forklift to help move pallets Use an iPad to scan and validate order information – Stand, walk, bend, and lift products throughout the shift. Perform additional duties as required or requested. This is a safety-sensitive position with specific physical demands such as handling objects, tools, and controls, reaching with arms, and lifting up to 70 pounds. Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent required. 1 year of warehouse experience preferred. Must be 20 years of age or older. Forklift experience is a plus. Proficiency with a tablet or iPad. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to follow instructions and work under pressure. Must be able to pass a Drug Screen, Physical, and comprehensive Background Check.
