Job Description

Staffmark is now hiring Warehouse Order Pickers for a well-known, climate-controlled facility in Kansas City, MO. If you're ready to work in a fast-paced environment and earn competitive pay, this is your chance to join a team focused on efficiency, accuracy, and teamwork.

Available Shifts:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM (hours may vary), $19/hr
• 2nd Shift: 12:00 PM - 11:00 PM (hours may vary), $20/hr

Candidates must be available to work up to 12 hours per day, Monday-Friday.

Job Duties:

• Accurately pick over-the-counter medical supplies using an RF scanner or pick ticket
• Walk up to 8 miles per day throughout the warehouse
• Lift, carry, and move boxes weighing up to 30 lbs
• Work efficiently and safely in a team-focused, climate-controlled environment
• Support daily shipping goals and productivity standards

Requirements:

• Must be available for extended hours (up to 12-hour shifts)
• Must be able to walk up to 8 miles per day
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Previous warehouse or order picking experience is a plus, but not required
• Reliable, punctual, and ready to work as part of a high-performing team
