Description of the role: This role involves providing non-medical care and assistance to elderly individuals in their own homes. As a non-medical in-home caregiver, you will be responsible for offering support with daily activities and ensuring the overall well-being of the elderly. Responsibilities:

• Assisting with personal care, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Providing companionship and engaging in social activities
• Assisting with meal planning and preparation
• Providing medication reminders
• Assisting with light housekeeping and laundry
• Accompanying clients to appointments and outings

Requirements:

• Ability to communicate effectively and provide emotional support
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Compassionate nature and ability to work with elderly individuals
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening
