• Current CHT or CCHT certification
• Current CPR with BLS certification from the American Heart Association

Must-Have:

• Active WA license
• Ability to cover multiple locations (Bremerton, Poulsbo, Port Orchard, Port Townsend)

Job Description:

• Provide chronic, in-center care covering multiple locations.

• Holiday coverage required.
