Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one instructional sessions for a high school student enrolled in Italian 1.
• Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to meet the student's individual learning needs.
• Assess student progress and adjust instructional strategies to enhance understanding.
• Maintain regular communication with the student's family and support team regarding educational goals and progress.
• Adhere to state educational standards and regulations for foreign language instruction.

Qualifications:

• Valid general education certification for high school with an Italian endorsement.
• Initial Certification in Classroom Teacher Foreign Languages: Italian (grades 712) or a similar title.
• Proficiency in the Italian language and strong understanding of cultural nuances.
• Experience in teaching or tutoring high school students is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students and families.
