Key Responsibilities: Lead creative teams to develop engaging video content that meets client goals. Manage video projects from concept to completion, including planning, budgeting, scripting, and production. Oversee studio operations, directing multicamera shoots, and ensuring technical excellence. Collaborate with clients to transform their content into compelling visual stories. Mentor team members, fostering creativity and innovation across projects. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience. 8+ years of experience as a video producer, with expertise in corporate video production. Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience in studio and on-location shoots. Proficiency in video editing software and production techniques.
