Job Description

We're seeking a skilled and creative Video Editor and Producer to assist in the creation of short-form and VTC format video content. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in video editing, production, and storytelling, with the ability to transform raw footage into engaging and visually appealing shorts. Key Responsibilities (Video) Collaborate with clients and the creative team to understand project requirements, objectives, and deliverables. Develop creative concepts and storyboards for short videos based on client briefs. Conduct pre-production activities, including location scouting, scriptwriting, shot planning, and talent coordination. Perform video editing tasks, including assembling raw footage, trimming, color grading, adding visual effects, and audio mixing. Ensure videos meet quality standards and brand guidelines. Incorporate motion graphics, titles, and captions to enhance storytelling and engagement. Collaborate with the graphic design team to create custom intros and outros for each short video. Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in video editing, motion graphics, and production. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines. Maintain an organized video asset library for easy retrieval and archiving. Support the marketing team by creating promotional videos and advertisements as needed. Required Skills and Qualifications (Video) Proficiency in video editing software Strong background in video editing, production, and storytelling Excellent communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Keen eye for detail and visual aesthetics Experience in creating short-form content (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Stories) Ability to create CTV 15 and 30 second spots Experience working with AI tools Bonus Qualifications (Gaming) Experience and knowledge of eSports and online multiplayer gaming (e.g., Destiny 2, Apex Legends) This role presents an exceptional opportunity for a visionary leader in video production.
