This role requires the development and implementation of policies to enhance efficiencies and service delivery, as well as close collaboration with the CEO and other leaders to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations. Financial and asset management, including budget development, performance monitoring, and optimization of NOI, are key aspects of the position. The role demands proven leadership skills, expertise in financial reporting and analysis, and experience in technology and vendor management within a real estate context. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
