In this role, you will:

• Champion operations and logistics : Manage the harvest, storage, and transport of perishable crops, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards to optimize processing.
• Foster grower relationships : Build trust and collaboration with growers, addressing challenges and driving continuous improvements in crop quality and operational efficiency.
• Develop and execute strategic plans : Look ahead 5+ years, creating innovative solutions to improve processes, enhance harvest frameworks, and set the stage for future success.
• Lead with collaboration and communication : Inspire a dedicated team of managers and experts, ensuring seamless coordination across agronomy, research, and operations.

We’re looking for someone with a strong agricultural background, strategic mindset, and passion for quality and innovation. Experience with perishable crops is a big plus, as is familiarity with European harvesting methodologies.
