About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Issue Resolution to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of associate relations tasks, including conducting and managing investigations, handling leave and disability management, and serving as the lead EEO investigator. This role requires a deep understanding of local, state, and federal leave laws, as well as the ability to manage sensitive and critical associate relations issues with the highest integrity. The VP will also be expected to provide expert advice, leadership, and mentorship to various teams, and to drive a culture of trust, collaboration, and proactivity. Key responsibilities for the Vice President, Issue Resolution include supporting associates in the leave of absences and ADA accommodation processes, investigating workplace issues, and partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure the proper handling of cases. The role demands a proactive approach, the ability to think ahead, and a commitment to the company's core values of keeping it real, staying humble, and being one united team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing leave and disability accommodations, as well as a strong background in workplace investigations and employee management training. Flexibility in work schedule is also required, as the job may involve day and evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.
