On Location has been appointed as the Official Hospitality Provider of the FIFA World Cup 26! The Venue Manager (Boston) will act as the day-to-day point of contact. This role will be responsible for overseeing all hospitality project management efforts at the venue, conducting venue related analysis for purposes of allocated tickets/hospitality spaces (inside and outside), supporting senior management and their ongoing discussions with such FIFA Teams and venues, and leading internal & external back-end management across venue engagements. The ideal candidate will have strong venue management (arena or stadium) and project management skills and excellent attention to detail. Strong preference will be given to candidates who have existing relationships with the venue. Analytical skills and familiarity with dashboards and other reporting mediums will be paramount to success, as well as ensuring that day to day venue-related milestones are met and that communication with senior leadership is consistent and direct.
