What You Will Do: As a Vehicle Preparation Specialist, your essential responsibilities will include:

• Performing paint retouching, post-paint finishing, waxing, and buffing to make cars look as good as new.
• Carrying out dent repair, masking, sanding, and grinding for sound bodywork.
• Repairing and replacing small parts to ensure each vehicle is in excellent working order.
• Promoting and adhering to CarMax’s high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.

In this fast-paced role, you will turn over dozens of cars each week, ensuring each car looks and feels as good as the last. Your skills in identifying problems will be crucial in delivering the highest quality cars for our customers. Qualifications and Requirements:

• Experience in masking, sanding, grinding, and painting.
• Manual dexterity and physical stamina to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
• A strong customer focus along with keen attention to detail.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
