Job Description :
We are seeking a skilled UX Researcher to drive user-centric design by conducting insightful research, analyzing user behaviors, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. This role will play a critical part in shaping product development, ensuring that user needs are deeply understood and effectively addressed in our products.

Key Responsibilities :

• User Research : Conduct interviews, surveys, and usability tests to gather insights on user needs and behaviors.
• Analysis & Synthesis : Analyze research findings to inform product design and development, providing actionable recommendations.
• Collaboration : Partner with Product Managers, designers, developers, and stakeholders to align research objectives with product vision and strategy.
• Research Planning : Develop and maintain research plans that align with the product development cycle, prioritizing activities based on business goals and user needs.
• Expedited Research : Provide quick insights on existing applications and ecosystems, prioritizing opportunities by value and effort.
• Communication : Clearly present research findings and recommendations to stakeholders, Scrum teams, and product managers.
• Agile Integration : Actively participate in Agile events, ensuring user needs are represented and research insights inform sprint planning.
• Cross-Functional Coordination : Work with business leaders, engineers, UX designers, and other teams to execute research activities and drive product improvements.
• User Acceptance Testing : Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to plan and conduct user acceptance testing and product rollouts.
• Progress Reporting : Communicate research progress and its impact on product development to stakeholders and senior leaders.

Qualifications and Experiences :

• Educational Background :
  • Bachelor's degree, ideally in IT, Business, or a related field.
• Experience Requirements :
  • Proven experience in conducting user research, preferably in a CPG environment.
  • Experience in Data & Analytics, Marketing, or Sales is a plus.
  • Familiarity with UX research tools such as Figma, Miro, and Microsoft 365.
• Technical Expertise :
  • Proficient in various research methods like interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data into actionable insights.
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies, including epics, user stories, sprints, and backlog management.
• Soft Skills :
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills to present findings clearly to stakeholders.
  • Leadership skills to guide teams in making user-centered design decisions.
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to adapt to dynamic project requirements.
