Position Overview for the UX Researcher:
Our client is looking for a UX Researcher to join their User Experience digital platform team. This contractor will be working on an Internal-facing application for call center agents. Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to develop a deep understanding of business problems and advocate for user experience
Required Skills for the UX Researcher:
- 5+ years of experience in applied user experience research with a large enterprise companyÂ
- Strong understanding of user-centered design, experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods, and analytical skills
- Strong experience using analytical tools: Adobe Analytics, Quantum Metric (Gathering data insights to supplement portfolio research strategies)
- Must have a Portfolio coming from a product-based environment
- Experience scaling research practices and setting up a research insights repository
