Job Summary and Responsibilities

Dignity Health Medical Group Northridge is seeking a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible Urgent Care Physician to join our outpatient team in Northridge, CA . This opportunity is ideal for a provider who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment focused on high-quality, patient-centered care .

• Full-time outpatient Urgent Care position in a busy, well-established clinic setting
• Provide care for non-life-threatening, acute conditions across a broad patient population
• Perform procedures such as laceration repair, incision and drainage, splinting, joint injections, and wound care
• Collaborate with an experienced team of physicians, advanced practice providers, and support staff
• Access to on-site lab and radiology services for expedited care delivery
• Flexible scheduling with no inpatient or hospital call responsibilities
• Practice in a mission-driven organization focused on service to the community

• Competitive salary, sign-on, and relocation assistance
• Salary Range: $308,181 annually + productivity incentives
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $40,000
• Relocation Assistance: Up to $20,000
• PSLF Eligible (Public Service Loan Forgiveness)

• MD or DO degree with Board Certification or Eligibility in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine
• Active California medical license (or ability to obtain) and DEA registration
• Experience in urgent care or emergency medicine preferred
• Procedural competency in common urgent care procedures
• Excellent clinical and communication skills with a focus on team-based care
• Commitment to compassionately serving a diverse patient population
