POSITION DETAILS:

We are a locally owned and operated franchise seeking an enthusiastic and reliable team member for our Myrtle Beach and/or Conway locations. While the ability to travel between both locations is preferred, initial training will be conducted at a single location for at least the first three months (Myrtle Beach).

We are looking for a candidate with strong computer, phone, and internet skills, a friendly and helpful demeanor, a professional appearance and attitude, and exceptional customer service abilities. This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role that requires the ability to multitask while maintaining a high standard of service.

Due to the variety of services we offer, our training program extends up to six months, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking long-term employment. Our stores operate seven days a week, with reduced weekend hours, so weekend availability is essential. We also welcome students and are happy to accommodate full-time hours around school schedules when possible.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Weekend availability
• Above-average computer, phone, & internet skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Able to stand for entire shifts & lift 50 pounds
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable & on time, with your own transportation
• Strong math & verbal skills
• Full December availability - requested time off is not allowed for most of December

POSITION PAY RATE:
Our starting pay is from $14 per hour but is negotiable based on experience, with fast & timely increases based on related experience and on-the-job knowledge and skill. We support continued growth and knowledge in your position so you can grow your pay!
