Hourly Rate : $20.50 per Hour

Job Summary: Anderson Security is looking for a Security Officer to join our team at our Construction Sites. The qualified Security Officer will help provide safety and security for the client's property, personnel, and equipment.
In addition, the Security Officer will maintain a safe and secure environment by patrolling and monitoring premises, performing security checks, and responding to incidents as needed.
The Security Officer will need to be comfortable working outside in the elements to meet the site's requirements. Additional responsibilities and requirements are below.
- Promote site safety programs and initiatives to foster a safe work environment.
- Abide by corporate standard operating procedures, client directions, and site-specific post orders.
- Exercise ethical decision-making in the completion of your tasks.
- Demonstrate keen attention to detail by observing, reporting, and documenting anything unusual.
- Foster positive relationships with clients, staff, and customers by providing exceptional customer service.
- Conduct foot patrols around the vicinity of the worksites to identify anything out of the ordinary, reporting such occurrences immediately.
- Respond to emergencies and incidents
- Assist with other relative tasks as deemed necessary by Anderson Security Agency.
Minimum Qualifications - Must have a VALID Unarmed Arizona Security Guard Card
- MUST HAVE VALID ARIZONA DRIVERS LICENSE
- Must have a reliable vehicle
- Willing to work weekends
- Willing to work at various sites in the Valley
- 21 years of age or older.
- Submit a comprehensive background check and drug screening
- Adhere to company policy regarding appearance
- Be comfortable standing, walking, and completing other tasks on your feet for up to 90 minutes
- High School or GED required
