This role is ideal for someone who is not intimidated by a blank canvas - and for someone who is excited about building a fun, exploratory, highly intuitive platform about real property Bring a 0 to 1 mindset to building the Arturo platform Conduct research to build an intuitive and functional product; human-centered design Iterate on user interface design and comfort in aligning stakeholders to make the best decisions for the user Participate in the product process, bringing in value signals from the market, customers, marketing/sales Work closely with the product team to synthesize value signals into a must-have list of requirements to shape a competitive roadmap Requirements Scrappy, can-do attitude Collaborative nature and ability to manage stakeholder expectations Ownership mentality Experience in building compelling user experiences, especially as it relates to taking a wealth of data from "noise" into meaning Proficiency in Figma for designing and prototyping user interfaces, with a strong portfolio that showcases your experience in creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes. Familiarity with GIS data is a plus Familiarity with the property ecosystem (insurance, contractors, lenders, real estate agents, etc.) is a plus 5-7 years of experience in human-centered product/UX/UI design Benefits We offer a strong compensation plan that includes a competitive base salary, bonus, and equity.
