We are seeking a talented and motivated UI/UX Design Intern to join our team. As a UI/UX Design Intern, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and enhance user interfaces for our internally focused tooling websites. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment where creativity and innovation are highly valued.

Requirements:

• Strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in UI/UX design principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Basic understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Excellent communication, collaboration skills and spoken English.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Enthusiasm for learning and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.
• Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and feedback.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for website interfaces using industry-standard design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and usability testing results to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience.
• Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
  Design custom icons, illustrations, and visual assets, and develop color schemes and typography as needed
  Craft engaging infographics and storytelling elements to communicate complex information effectively, enhancing user understanding and engagement with our internally focused tools.

• UI/UX boot camp certificate or some formal education for software development required

• High level of proficiency in Git 
• Strong communication, customer service, troubleshooting, organizational skills, work prioritization, self-direction, and the ability to complete assigned work. 
• Excellent English fluency, both spoken and written.
• Ability to work from your home without disruptions
