Client is seeking a talented and experienced RPA UiPath Architect with UiPath Certified Professional Automation Solution Architect Professional certification, to lead the design, development, and deployment of automation solutions. The ideal candidate will be a UiPath Certified Professional Automation Solution Architect with a proven track record in leading large-scale automation projects. This role requires in-depth knowledge of RPA technologies and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to implement strategic automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of RPA solutions using UiPath.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into efficient automation workflows.
• Architect scalable and maintainable automation frameworks that align with industry best practices.
• Oversee the integration of RPA solutions with existing systems and ensure seamless automation processes.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, ensuring adherence to design principles and coding standards.
• Conduct code reviews and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to RPA workflows and infrastructure.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in UiPath and other RPA technologies to continually improve automation solutions.
• Ensure that all automation solutions meet security and compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications:

• UiPath Certified Professional Automation Solution Architect certification.
• Extensive experience in RPA development and architecture using UiPath.
• Strong understanding of automation frameworks, tools, and best practices.
• Proven experience in leading large-scale automation projects from concept to deployment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex automation issues.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with integrating RPA solutions into various enterprise systems.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining strong collaboration with the team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly with physician services or hospital systems.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
