We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trust and Estates Attorney with a strong background in tax law to join our dynamic team.. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in providing legal advice and services to our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of estate planning, trust administration, and tax law, with an emphasis on drafting skills, and charitable matters.
Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Trust and Estates Attorney position should have the following qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Trust and Estates Attorney, with a strong focus on tax law. (5+ in estate planning and 3+ working with trust and estates in a mid-large sized firm setting)
3. Admission to the state bar.
4. LLM in Tax or heavy tax experience
